On-going projects

Due to the technical, technological and human resources capabilities of SUE “Lenoblvodokanal”, it became possible for the enterprise to participate in federal and international projects.

On-going projects:

• “Reconstruction of sewage treatment facilities in Podporozhye” has began in the Podporozhye region. Implemented  together with the Fund for Assistance to the Reform of the Housing and Communal Services.
• Projects for the reconstruction and construction of water treatment facilities in the village of Razdolye of the Priozersky district, the village of Toroshkovichi of the Luga district, Vyborg, etc. Implemented under the National project "Ecology" - the program "Clean Water".
• "Construction of a centralized water supply and sewerage system in the Petrovsky district in Vyborg, taking into account the construction of engineering networks of the state institution “Park Monrepos”", implemented under  the Cross-Border Cooperation Programme “South-East Finland – Russia”.

The environmental situation and safety, as well as reducing the load on water reservoirs in the Leningrad Region are one of the priority tasks for “Lenoblvodokanal”. In this regard, best world practices are being studied. With representatives from Finland, the John Nurminen Foundation, “Lenoblvodokanal” is working on issues that will help to achieve a common goal for both countries - to reduce the nutrient load of wastewater into the Gulf of Finland.
